Please don't be turned back by the legal-ease in the following paragraphs.  This 'Terms of Use' agreement is designed to protect users, like yourself, from the inappropriate or misuse of this website. As such, it must be spelled out in legal terminology.  IF YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN, YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED AGAIN WHEN YOU LOG INTO THE WEBSITE, UNLESS CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE A RENEWAL OF THE AGREEMENT.

Your access to and use of the CulverGrads.com website and any aspect associated with its service or this site (collectively "Website") is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. 1. Copyrighting of the information and materials posted by CulverGrads.com and users

The information and materials which are available in the Website refers to any text, computer codes, data, artwork, video, audio, images or graphics are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Materials which are posted or added to this Website by entities other than wcm Solutions, Inc. will remain the intellectual property of the individual or individuals by whom it was posted. However, in posting or adding materials to this Website, the individual or individuals who submitted these materials grants wcm Solutions, Inc. the right to allow these materials to be accessed, displayed, downloaded, and printed by, and for, the users of the Website. wcm Solutions, Inc. neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed in the Website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with wcm Solutions, Inc.

Except as provided above or any use beyond what is allowed by fair use (Title 17,  107 U.S.C.), any reproduction, republishing, posting, transmission, or distribution of the materials from the Website or this website in any physical or digital form without the permission of the copyright owner of the material is strictly prohibited.

Although wcm Solutions, Inc. may from time to time monitor or review postings, alumni content and the like in the Website, it is under not obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations in the Website.

wcm Solutions, Inc. does not condone the use of statements or comments that place individuals or entities in a false light. You are prohibited from and agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, profane or offensive material or language in the Website. CulverGrads.com is not endorsed by The Culver Academies, Culver, Indiana.  However, Bill Mueller, as a graduate of Culver Military Academy, Class of 1957, maintains a business relationship with The Culver Academies in the conduct of managing the CulverGrads.com Website.
